Use TalkReady only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. Do not use the service to harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to break the service, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these rules.

TalkReady provides AI-generated practice feedback to help you improve your English speaking and writing. Feedback is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for a certified language assessment, tutor, or professional advice.

TalkReady is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge, or any official test provider.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam scores, job offers, or proficiency levels.

You retain ownership of the practice content you submit. You grant TalkReady a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and provide feedback to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

The TalkReady name, logo, software, design, and content (other than user content) are owned by TalkReady and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Some features of TalkReady may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented to you before you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We work to keep TalkReady available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

You may stop using TalkReady and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

TalkReady is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of the Terms and, where appropriate, notify you through the service or by email. Continued use of TalkReady after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
